I think Stacy is anti managerial and that's really dangerous because actually you need management. It's another classic engineering approach I need it's like it's why my is big took off right. And this classification problem is a real issue. One of the methods I created called tri electics is to take one of the dichotomies you always see these charts right on social media there's two columns right on the left there are terribly evil things. On the right there are wonderful things which if you just employ me as a consultant you will get right. So anytime anybody creates two opposites we create a third aspect to it so we force that different way of thinking.
