I think Stacy is anti managerial and that's really dangerous because actually you need management. It's another classic engineering approach I need it's like it's why my is big took off right. On the right there are wonderful things which if you just employ me as a consultant you will get right. So anytime anybody creates two opposites we create a third aspect to it so we force that different way of thinking.
