The Problem With Taking Students Out of Lessons
One of my colleagues wanted to take a couple of kids out of a lesson to do um some kind of enrichment thing. He emailed the teachers who are outside the department p teacher and an orry teacher and said is okay if it you know if i take them out of this lesson. I immediately messaged him and he'd copied me in and told him we can't be taking students out of other people's lessons. It just ends up being annoying frustrating you're getting dozens of emails that don't make any sense, she says. She adds: "It sounds like a dick move right people are like oh how can you be so rude"
