Single Family Homes - Is There an Alternative?

The demand is much higher than it's ever been. We've just seen a flod of money coming into the real market because, like you say, there is no alternative. The beauty of single family homes, or residential real estate in general, though, is that we have two different sets of buyers when we sell it. And so if my cash return on real estate is five %, but mycash return on a bond is one %, then real state is five times better than a bond. I suppose it's that is hundred %.
