i used to be a formar developer. And if you're developer, in working way on your il consola, basicall typing out commands or issuing commands right into the computer,. as opposed to using a graphical inoface. A lot of these tools, these commands, were written by somebody else. They were witten by other developers to do specific things. i suppose i kind of think of it almost like eunuch commands. I can't even remember when they launched the tool. It's surprising, because since its inception, it hasn't really changed much in terms of its corps functionality and its look and feel.
