How Do Daily Habits Make Huge Changes?
Make a habit tracker for yourself and just write four to five habits that you know will be good for you to keep. Try to do as many of them daily as possible because it becomes like autopilot once you do it often. Do those things every day regardless of what comes into my inbox or who texts me or what plans I have. After 20 days of consistently journaling or consistently practicing Greek you can visibly see how everyday habits will make huge changes.
