I would say it is the meta awareness. And I practice it. It's a skill that you can develop. During the pandemic, my university offered a course in what's called mindfulness-based stress reduction. Because everybody was stressed when the pandemic lockdown happened. The more I practice it, the more it becomes second nature. and again, it's bringing these unconscious habits to our conscious awareness. Then we can act on them and we can make intelligent decisions.
