Robert Green's Apprenticeship Phase
In the apprenticeship phase, you need to become infatuated with your mentor and learn everything you can from them. After a couple of years, as you progress through your own learning and apprent ship phase, he says you need to start to identify some of their weaknesses. And in any event, we're going to, ideally, through your mentar ship, you can actually outgrow the master and the mentar. So you can h you can have several mentars in your life, so thy're like sepping stones along the way ard to mastery, if you do it all right.
