In August, we are taking a look at the first 11 chapters of Genesis. Peter Gentry begins to help us understand Genesis 1 through 11 and its place in the Bible. In truth, it is not possible to understand the storyline of the Bible without rightly understanding the opening chapters of Genesis, and in reverse. The clear connection between creation and the rest of the biblical story is substantiated by the coming of Jesus.
