There are certainly paths to get those cuts I'm just not sure there was close to baseline as people are thinking. There's also the other factors involved when it comes to the actual pricing and markets for rate cuts which include most people saying probably they're not going to cut rates this year but if there is some sort of crisis you could get some pretty dramatic cuts. The data shows that the stress and the regional banks appears manageable. To your point though I'd also affirm or amplify what you said the Fed isn't here to fix everybody's problems"
