The Importance of Belief Management in Teacher Training

Teachers are often taught in teacher training to do behavior management, which is frequently just like a 45 minute lesson or a few tips here and there. The idea that we negotiate with students what the classroom rules are is one of the worst ideas I've ever heard in my life.
