i generally discourage people from doing this for the main reason that people start off very eager, and they say, how do i get involved? And then i always say, look, make sure you can afford to lose your jobak. Once those people say, yes, i've made these decisions, i'm quite to tell them about all the great things that can happen to them when they do stand up. I mean, i wouldn't mind short, long heroism. Buti don't, i don't urge people to be camecase.
