We're going to take our usual stretches and put them into a bit of a series today so that we're moving and breathing at the same time. So inhale and stretch all the way out in all directions. Open and exhale and release. Great. Now, what's one reason you have to dig deep for some energy today? We all have goals we want to reach, people we want to be there for. That is a source of motivation for you to show up today. Rest your mind on that thing or that person. Feel the fulfillment you'll get by showing up today. Life is a gift and it's fleeting. So let's enjoy this precious opportunity while we have it
