Is Execution a Good Idea?

It's very destabilizing when one country or one power develops some sort of capability that the other one can't match. I feel like this is starting to shift the world more in that direction. Maybe the end result is that better ideas are back to being more important. Or maybe on a more darker side, being more charismatic, being more able to garner people to your cause becomes a much more potent sort of bet in the world.
