Kelly is the vice president of the development at Del Pueblo communities in Scottsdale. He's a real estate developer focused on residential real estate in the greater Phoenix area. But Kelly is also a Bitcoiner and author of Bitcoin Urbanism on substack. So I will shut up now and give it over to Spencer to give Kelly a warm introduction to cosmic Bitcoin.
