Book Review - Dilla Time
There's two books I read this year that stuck out that were good enough that I even though I read them on Kindle I bought a hard copy of each one to give to people. The first book is Dilla Time which is a you know it covers the influence of Jay Dilla the hip-hop producer who I feel like I'm going to be both fascinated with and annoyed by in some ways. And then months later when I was recording the episode of this show on building a second music teacher brain with dr Corey meals he mentioned a book called Clean Work which is all about taking the idea of mise en plus in the culinary industry and then applying that to your personal and professional
