In India, Contract Laboris on the Rise

A rational person will always go for a contract job because they need immediate money. Simply coming to power does not grant you altruism, though an unemployment is a highly political issue. People don't seem to be agitating about this as much simply because the state has been providing you with some sort of direct cash transfer. But i think there's need for this idea that the policys being guided by the conscience of the leaders. That needs to go away. You need to have policies tat are motivated by economics, rather than just electoral success.
