You were involved in reviewing the Africa chapter of the report. Can we just dive down into a minute for that and look at what particular predictions we might know about what will happen to the ecosystems on the African continent say by the end of the century? Well, Africa is likely to suffer particularly badly from climate change because it's the existing poverty and disadvantage and depleted state of the institutions,. The governance arrangements within Africa interact with changes in climate to cause really significant challenges.
