Elon Musk reportedly wants to found a new AI lab to compete against OpenAI. He was one of the original co-founders of OpenAI in the first place, but then stepped down from the board because ostensibly because Tesla was developing its own artificial intelligence. The billionaire has also criticized chat GPT saying OpenAI is training AI to be woke.
