The Importance of Sympathetic Lawsuits

I can't imagine being the policy maker who stands up and says something that their arrivals can then say as oh, you know, Senator McDermott just gave up. It's really entirely sarcastic. I think one of the responses to that challenge right when it becomes difficult to see an obvious way forward though lots of people have their silver bullets. The better discipline of policy is you just say to the market well it's not up to us to come up with a solution. Let's leave it in and they'll duke it out and the best model will come to the fore.
