Experience Is a Symbol of Reality, It's a Story of Exploration
At the heart of any experience, including the experience of there being a problem, it's only experiencing. And so if a problem arises in experience, rather than going into a solution-focused mode, we can inquire how it is that this experience is showing up. Another way of exploring yourself as reality is to refine clarity, you know, distortion reduction and ripening with truth. The wrestling and the seeking and the problem solving which actually only leads to more problems.
