Kerry: I heard heart wrenching pain from actual people who have been going through something that they never imagined. The lack of answers, I think was very concerning and I give tremendous credit to the people of East Palestine for pushing back on him because it really was vague and kind of down the road. But what's important about this and what CNN did tonight is these things can become very much a regional story. However, these do not get solved in a regional way.
