Meal Planning Is Hard to Quantify

I often alternate I guess between like the Greek yogurt and bananas and blueberries or whatever and then just literally the same thing but I just put it in a blender and smooth make it into a smoothie. It's more satisfying sometimes so yeah I got or like you freeze the bananas and suddenly it tastes very different but yeah as you said it most people this is a very very common denominator of staying in good shape what you don't see is the converse where it's you know constant eating something different every day just very random constantly eating out fast food stuff that's hard to quantify.
