How to Find the Right People for a Data Role

I want to highlight what you're saying here with the career trajectory of a data role. It sort of brings us full circle to two areas that we've been covering on the episode. So many people moving into product management at data tools companies. And I'm really excited because yes please take all of the frustrations that we have had as data professionals and go fix the tooling for goodness sake right? But the other side of that is also a sense of sadness that the reality in places that there is no places for people to really grow.
