In general and we sacrifice is just true that we're doing something we wouldn't otherwise do in order to show somebody that we were willing to do it so in some abstract sense that is a sacrifice. But we may not emphasize our pain in it. So I think it's interesting that we have different contexts when it's okay to admit that you're suffering or not, but I think not just okay it's actually necessary for an opposite good.
