The Importance of Workers Self-Management in the Workplace
I think that worker self-management production is not at all an unfeasible idea it's you know managers often like us are not really there because of like expertise and knowledge that has to exist in the workforce. If there are individuals who who have expertise like engineers for they of course can act as advisors if we're talking about a system of taking over control of production. In the in the Spanish revolution in the 30s there the the worker organizations the clinical unions took over about 80 percent of the economy in Spain's industrialised northeast. They actually made built new hydro power plants in the Pyrenees mountains, did huge amounts of changes in improvements in industry.
