Leaders need to be better at hearing their employees and really listening to what they're saying. If there is something that you need to hear and it's uncomfortable to hear, break past your ego,. Break past the optimism bias that prevents us from seeking out that information. Cross the threshold of discomfort rather than entering comfort zone. And then do a tour of your team - not just tat scale but actually see them for themselves.
