Is There a Way to Inline New Ecto Schemes?

Instead of using your schemes that you use live, or instead of using raw sequel execute statements, there is another way where they inline new ecto schemes in the migration file. You can still pipe into the repo functions and still use things that you're used to using. I think one of the reasons that people like to still work with the schemes is, especially if you're dealing with something that has relationships.
