How to Avoid Sleep Paralysis

Some people experience these hallucinations which basically sleep paralysis. These visions happen as someone is is coming out of sleep and so they're called hype no pompic hallucinations. Because of sleep inertia the body mechanisms involved in sleep haven't quite caught up with the fact that your brain is woken up. The basic cause usually relates to poor sleep for most people but it can also be caused by anything that spurs frequent awakenings like chronic pain substance abuse trips to the bathroom disturbing nightmares nicotine withdrawal or any kind of withdrawal of drugs.
