Final Cut Pro looks to be using the SwiftUI app life cycle. The first run screen or welcome video that you see for 10 seconds on Final Cut Pro is a whopping 180 megabytes of the 750 megabyte install size. It might suggest that the Final Cut Pro app code base is a lot younger, which could explain why it's less fully featured than logic.
