The curiosity side of a salesperson's job is hyper important. If they don't have a desire, it doesn't matter what I teach them; they're not going to apply it. The same thing with people who care about their friends: You can't help an alcoholic unless they need help right? And there ain't nothing out there that I'd do for those people but come back with genuine love and care.
