Not all triple nets are created equal. Sometimes you maybe as the property manager are responsible for fixing things but you build it back to them or you can advertise it over a certain amount of time. And that's essentially you getting 5% and I never have to hear from you. But those other nuances where you still get the call and my HVAC is out, this light that I can't reach is out.
