How to Negotiate a Good Deal

I teach you a lot on negotiation. My last day job was in the New Zealand government as a diplomat for an office. So learned a lot about negotiating in my government job. Then you've got the power of cash. If you're in a cash buy situation, you should be getting a really hefty discount. The other thing you can do is get a thing called vendor finance. It means you can do more deals, all your cash isn't taken up at once on the first big deal you do.
