Reverend Yolanda Norton is the founder of a church called Beyonce Mass. The website describes it as "a progressive church, which means it's not a church at all" Reverend Norton says she uses music and personal life to foster an empowering conversation about black women. She believes that by referring to her as a goddess, we are just calling it a Beyonce mass.
