The Development of Microcultures at University of Wisconsin

Do you find that there's an overarching sort of global culture that really runs the show? Yeah, we've definitely seen the development of those micro cultures. That doesn't mean one place is wrong or one place is right. But it can make things interesting. And as long as the overarching principles are there and we're safe and we're doing good medicine, I think that's fine.
