Why Boys Aren't Disciplined, Right?

Zel: I just want to put a little shout out for boys, a because girls weren't girls ore allowed to have feelings in our society. Boys aren't. And so if in those early years you can do a lot of this like connection, where you're identifying with theyir feeling, and your parroting it back to them, i think we'll end raising a lot of more men who are in touch with their emotions. Men often cannot identify any emotion other than happy and angry and arne - that's not something that's inherently male. That's not the way men were made. The mask you live in is a requirement for every person raising a boy to watch.
