EA wanted to give us a lot of the rings, which at the time was gearing up. There were pretty much every single damn franchise under the sun most offered to us. The good thing about George Lucas was that he forbade essentially buyouts of his subsidiaries of smaller developers. And in the early years, they simply weren't allowed to do that.
