My Teenage Psyche Lost Interest

"Blueberry" was a senior in high school when he sent his friend an email asking to be friends. "I have no idea what possessed me to accept the request, but I did," says writer and former classmate John Cusack. Blueberry wrote back saying that he had found out where Cusick's home address was; there was no postage stamp on the letter. The two lost touch for several years until they reconnected during spring of 2008.
