When you resent someone, it's not because you hate them or you are mad at them. It's because you're jealous of them. You have envy for what they're doing. If you just like, you're saying, understand what your feelings are and looking into them,. Like, why do I feel this way and how can I get out of the feeling? Because sometimes it is comfortable to be stuck in your feelings that you know so well. We need things to challenge us to grow in life.
