The Electric Car Revolution

In April, the Biden administration in the US proposed new climate regulation for passenger cars. In its most ambitious option, two thirds of new vehicles under the law would essentially be required to be electric by 2032. Paul says it's likely we'll see those older combustion vehicles appear on the secondary market.
