The Effects of Music on Babies

The French lullaby song is not particularly sad but the point here was to find two tracks that people broadly agreed had different emotional moods. So taking these two songs Emma's filmed the babies as they listened to them and analysed their movements and their behaviours frame by frame. The first experiment what we found was that the happy music babies slowed down and many of them went to sleep. By during the sad music how soon from the start of the music they started doing fine motor like finger movements or leg movements increased as if they were slower making these movements. Even during the sad song they somehow slowed down but it was the happy song which put them to sleep. I mean to me that response would seem
