"I have decided that I'm going to start eating non-breakfast foods for breakfast most of the time," she says. "You can eat your leftovers from the night before, which is very fast and easy." Spicy fish and cabbage soup keeps her satisfied longer than a bowl of cereal. She also finds lying on a trigger point ball helps release knots in her back.
