The Importance of Mentorship in Education

If you were tasked with redesigning our education system for the future, what would you change about it? I think that there should be a huge emphasis on mentorship from an early age. One of the things I worry about as we try to scale new models of education and more of it is technology driven. We're humans, we need the contact and I'm almost kind of like a small, beautiful guy here.
