The Martak is an in-app survey tool that helps you get feedback from your customers. It's a good one to remember in the final month or so before Christmas and planning budgets for next year. I haven't used it myself, but I've heard lots of good things about Pendo. But as marketers, it's an easy trap to fall into just buying the next Martak tool when actually there's much cheaper, more flexible alternatives we could potentially use.
