Progress Measured: From a Two to a Seven or Eight

In this episode, I interview one of my private clients and he has a powerful story to tell.

Having lived with Depression and Anxiety for a number of years he tells how he had tried to heal using a number of modalities in the past and how, with guidance, he took simple actions and learned how to live in alignment with how HD to get a long way down his journey to heal himself.
