Taking a Patient With Obesity

Soi i typically have two main goals with my history taking for a patient like this. My questions are generally focus on, first, understanding the patient's constellation of symptoms and the extent of their functional limitation. Second goal is to try to understand any potential causes and contributors to p h that might be present. For example, chest an which may prompt in aschemic evaluation, or palpitations, which might prompt a holter to understand if they have a treil rhythmia or chameadema.
