Scaling IoT Security - What's the Challenge?

McKinsey predicted that the IoT market value will be up to $12 trillion by 2030. There's a huge opportunity out there, but scaling it is not easy or cost-effective. The ecosystem is very, very fragmented and no one really owns those problems to solve it.
