Zoom UTXO BIP

I would say Zoom UTXO definitely deserves a BIP if somebody else wants to because it's not something that should only work in Bitcoin core. And you know, you might want to build tooling around it too. So like having that BIP, right, even if it's an assigned number is just by name, so we're not polluting the same Git file, right? It's very useful. The only problem is good. But the actual implementation has changed based on discussion on the mailing list. There's actually a kind of a pain for you,. I mean, ideally, I would want a PDF that also updates with the latest proposal so that I'm very high level
