There is some evidence that citroline can stimulate im toar, but i'm not sure it's enough to actually create hypertrophe on its own. But really, if you're looking at citroline specifically, six to eight grams at a dose, and this is more to increase performance than hyperdrophy. So then in workout, are you drinking something? I usualy just people ga laugh, but i'll like a gaiter aid zero or something like that, you know, in water.
