Haven iai'm meaing to make a couple of reflections on this, because youe really gat a couple of different issues. I mean to give you all your listeners one suggestion on giving recognition. And it works just as well in a virtual environment as it does an imperson environ and i've never seen it fail. One of my clients taught me this. He went from a six % tile and provided recognition to a 94 % tile in one year, six to 94. Tn, 94, that's all he did
