One of the things that sort of seems to have changed her in the pendemic is how we give praise or sort of recognized people for their contributions. Haven iai'm meaing to make a couple of reflections on this, because youe really gat a couple of different issues. I mean to give you all your listeners one suggestion on giving recognition. And it works just as well in a virtual environment as it does an imperson environ and i've never seen it fail. One of my clients taught me this. He went from a six % tile and provided recognition to a 94 % tile in one year, six to 94. Tn, 94, that's all he did
