But never did i become involved in any kind of religious or spiritual practice myself. Then i met a interesting fellow named kirk johnson who, like me, got his ph d. In evolutionary biology, but, unlike me, became an ordained episcopal monk between his masters and p d. Kirk has become a central figure in what has become known as the inter spiritual movement. It is like an advanced form of faith and ecumenical thinking.
